Hello, I have bought a lot of books recently from you and World of Books. Received some books from World of Books yesterday (in an envelope from you) and found out that I already own 2 of those, but ordered them by mistake again.
I would like to return those in exchange for credit so I can get some other ones from you.
Please let me know if you would either refund them or give me credit for them. Also, please send me postage paid envelopes so I can return them.

I had problems.. reached out to Ebay and have sent three messages..
They do not reach out and no calls.. Small family bussiness this is bull and I have not had a problem until now .I have bought many videos from them ... and a glitch in system I thought but they are not getting back and I will not give a good review now.. and the phone number does not go anywhere and I have no other way of getting through to them...
This is not fair and I will not use them again.. and further more too many people involved and too many places that are now involved with them..look at other

- - Tried to modify and cancel orders by email/phone; the first item shipped the next day, and the second shipped after cancellation attempts.
I ordered a book for a Christmas present and about an hour later, wanted to add another book to my order. I emailed them and asked if I could add the book to my order but received no response.
I then called them and got a voicemail instructing me to contact them via email. The next day, I received an email indicating that they had shipped my item.
Okay, so I ordered the second book the following day and changed my mind as I found a better price. I emailed them again, asking to cancel my order but again, I received no reply. I emailed them a second time and still, no reply.
Now, today (24-12-12) I received an email indicating that they had shipped my second book! Talk about poor customer service!

I was sent the wrong book

I ordered a used copy of Awaiting the Already by Magrey R deVega on 10/13/24 from Amazon. Instead, I received a book called Titus Groan by Mervyn Peake on 10/18/24.
When I went to Amazon's customer service, they said that I had to contact the seller directly to resolve this problem.I could not reach you by phone. They also said you have 48 hours to resolve or I MAY be eligible for a refund.
I need the book that I actually ordered for my Advent Bible Study group as soon as possible. So I am emailing you instead of writing a letter to your 900 Knell rd., Montgomery IL 60538 address.

- - Supposed to be a special edition but arrived as a normal edition, with a damaged cover and ripped pages, and the reviewer is disappointed.
The book was supposed to be a special edition version and it was just the normal book and it was damaged! The cover is all messed up and the pages are folded and ripped and Im really disappointed in them because I was very excited to try out this website. Try elsewhere

- - The company promised to ship the correct book by 9/15/23.
- - The wrong science fiction book was delivered.
- - No reply; the correct book hasn't arrived.
Second sale should be your last choice for used books.They are unable to resolve issues as in my case delivering the correct book.
They initially responded to my emails and voicemails left by stating that the correct book ordered would be shipped to me by 9/15/23.
What I received from them was a tracking order link stating that book was delivered to my mailbox.
The book in my mailbox was a science fiction book sent in error and now a month has lapsed without sending my correct book as promised.
This past week they have not replied at all to my outreach shared to them and I have to conclude that they do not have the correct book or capacity to make things right.

Poor customer service

Ordered 14 books received 13. 2 copies of the same book plus a book I didn't order.
So in actually i was missing 3 books. Asked for a refund they sent me more books. They won't respond to emails. They sent me a survey by email.
Tried to do the survey but it said it was closed.
The books are nasty, dirty, gritty & smell. I can't even get a return label for either of the packages.

Tried to call but the # is not in service hard to have it taken care of. Dont think I will have them by then.

Worst books on the planet. Falsely advertised as "very good condition" which basically is equivalent to very good dumpster material. All three of your books are not even acceptable condition.
